1. When you’re not with clients, what are you doing?
When I am not with clients, I’m spending time with my family and riding my bike. Unless it’s during the winter — then I am on skinny skis, fat skis and everything in between!
2. What’s your favorite part about training?
My favorite part about training is watching a client succeed at something they’ve never done before. Whether it’s a single pull up, an extra-high box jump, or running a marathon. It’s a priceless moment when a client realizes they're physically capable of doing something they never thought possible.
3. What’s a success story you’re really proud of?
One of my clients has lost 50 pounds and has gone from zero pull-ups to well over 10 in a matter of months. He now trains like a true athlete.
4. Who or what inspires you?
One of my best friends Billy Demong, who won the gold medal in the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. He inspires me to make deliberate and decisive decisions that will better me as a person, coach, and an inspirational mentor to others.
