OLYMPIC ENDURANCE 

Breathe Hard / Sweat Harder / Play Longer | 1 HOUR

Train smarter with the technical approach of the world’s greatest athletes. Led by two-time Olympian Carl Van Loan, this class is designed to push your limits and sculpt lean muscle through longer duration circuit training and endurance-based sets.



   

  

COMPLETE LOWER BODY STRENGTH

Master Basics / Set Goals / Play Harder | 1 HOUR

Our Complete class series is the foundation of functional movement. Master the basics of alignment and strength training with the ability to scale to your individual fitness needs. Designed to challenge explorers of all levels in a safe, controlled environment.
